The problem
Electricity is now priced every 15 minutes, and building costs are rising
When EV charging points arrive in a housing company, the charging electricity flows through the building's electricity supply. The cost has to be allocated fairly to each user, tracking the spot price. Done by hand, that's a monthly chore, and an even split isn't fair.
At the same time, scheduling ground-source heating and other loads to the cheap hours often goes unused.
The service
What we offer
Three things we handle on the housing company’s behalf.
Per-user charging billing
We meter and bill every charging point automatically, following the spot price. Fair, transparent, and equitable.
Building electricity optimization
We shift EV charging and ground-source heating to the cheapest hours of the day, using the genuinely cheapest 15-minute slots instead of a fixed 00:00 timer.
A monthly board report
A clear report: what electricity cost, how much optimization saved, and where the charging electricity was allocated. Ready to take to the board meeting.
The deliverable
What the monthly report looks like
A clear summary for the board: costs, optimization savings, and per-user charging billing in one view.
